You may already have a deep inner or spiritual practice.
You've spent years studying yourself, meditating, doing therapy, receiving coaching, or exploring personal development. And then you get up and live a human life.
You have relationships. Family. Work. Decisions. Fear. Desire. Conflict. Ambition. Money. A body. A history. An uncertain future.
Old patterns still get activated. You lose perspective. You know something intellectually and still find yourself doing the same thing.
There is an enormous difference between understanding yourself and having access to yourself while you're actually living your life.
EVOLVE Collective is a supportive, ongoing space where we bring the actual circumstances of our lives into the work of human development.
You live your life. A conversation, a relationship, a decision, or an unexpected reaction reveals something new. You bring that experience back into the room.
Together, we explore what's happening, restore perspective, and discover what the next layer of development is asking of you. Then you return to your life, where the work continues.
Your life keeps providing the curriculum.
You Already Have Awareness. But What Happens When Life Gets Difficult?
You may understand your attachment patterns, your family dynamics, and the experiences that shaped you.
You might even be able to explain exactly why you respond the way you do.
And still... You feel your body tighten during a difficult conversation. You say yes when you mean no.
Someone you love is disappointed in you, and suddenly you lose access to your own perspective.
You become overwhelmed by a decision, caught in an old reaction, or unable to express something that matters deeply to you.
You can recognize what's happening and still find yourself overtaken by it.
Understanding isn't the whole of it.
Can you feel yourself while you're in relationship with someone else?
Can you recognize what's happening in your body before your mind has created an entire story about it?
Can you stay with fear, anger, uncertainty, desire, grief, or disappointment without immediately overriding it, intellectualizing it, or becoming completely overtaken by it?
Can you remain connected to yourself when someone you love is upset with you?
These are developmental capacities.
And they can continue to grow throughout our lives.
"When I started working with Naomi, I was in the thick of many patterns. I experienced my life with a baseline level of clenching and fear in my system, without even being cognizant of this. I would easily fall into chronic cycles of procrastination, tiredness, and anxiety. In leadership roles at work, I would struggle with interactions with bosses and colleagues, and with various types of responsibility.
Relationships with family and friends were often sources of pain. I didn't have access to my own intuition and decision making. It is hard to put into words how much Naomi has done for me. She has been masterful at helping me bring deep awareness to the many layers of influence creating these patterns, cultivate ease and healing around them, and integrate this growth in my life.
I have been able to tremendously loosen the grip of the things that held me back from fully living. My capacity for life is so much greater, my experience much more profound and grand."

A Place to Return to Yourself
Even after years of personal development, coaching, meditation, or inner work, we still need places to return to.
I know I do. Life has a way of pulling us into the immediacy of things. A difficult relationship. A decision. A disappointment. The demands of work. The uncertainty of what comes next.
We become absorbed in what's happening, and our perspective narrows. I've seen this in people I've coached for years, and I recognize it in myself.
There's tremendous value in having a regular place to step out of the day-to-day circumstances of our lives and look more deeply at what's happening.
Your life becomes part of the practice.
When you bring the actual circumstances of your life into the room, we slow things down. What happened? What did you experience? What is happening in your body? What got activated? What are you protecting? Does this moment actually need protection? What belongs to this moment, and what might have been shaped somewhere much earlier? What do you actually want?
What is this situation asking you to understand or develop?
These conversations help us restore perspective, recognize patterns, reconnect with what matters, reorient to depth and vision, and develop capacities we may not have had access to before.
And there's something powerful about doing that regularly, alongside people who are equally interested in understanding themselves and developing their capacity for life.
That's what I want EVOLVE Collective to be.
A consistent place for reflection, meaningful connection, real support, honest exploration, and continued development.
JOIN EVOLVE COLLECTIVEHuman Development Happens in Relationship
There's something powerful about being in a room with people who are genuinely interested in understanding themselves and one another.
People who are willing to be curious about their patterns, honest about their experiences, and supportive of each other's growth.
Inside EVOLVE Collective, you don't always have to be the person receiving coaching to experience something meaningful.
You might hear someone describe an experience you've never been able to put into words Another person's question might illuminate something in your own life.
You might recognize that something you've carried privately is part of a much larger human experience.
Over time, we begin to know one another. We develop trust. We learn from each other's experiences and become part of one another's development.
This is more than a coaching call twice a month. It's a community you can return to as life unfolds.
You can bring a question, volunteer for coaching, share a reflection, or simply listen. There's no pressure to disclose, no comparison about where anyone should be, and no performing consciousness for one another.
We come as human beings.
"Naomi embodies a deeply regulated, protective, fierce, and loving presence in the care of which I feel nurtured to blossom—It is a presence I didn't know I needed but have yearned for all my life."
